Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. We extend this period to 30 days as a courtesy.

How to Initiate a Return

Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Defective or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge.

Refunds
